LIFEGUARD COURSE

The Life guard Course is a transformative journey designed to help individuals discover purpose, cultivate self-awareness, and live with greater intention. The Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) Course, certified by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), provides comprehensive training in the management and operation of aquatic facilities. This course covers:

CPR/FIRST AID COURSE

The CPR/First Aid Course equips participants with essential life-saving skills to respond confidently in emergency situations. This hands-on training covers CPR techniques, choking relief, wound care, and other first aid basics, empowering individuals to act quickly and effectively until professional help arrives. 

Certification: Upon successful completion, participants receive a recognized certification valid for two years, acknowledging their preparedness to handle emergency situations.

Renewal may involve completing a refresher course or demonstrating competency in the skills.​ AFO Certification: Valid for five years.
